Massachusetts is a great place to live and shoot weddings and I love being a Boston wedding photographer, but I also find that traveling to new places energizes my creativity. For Kelly and Nick’s wedding, I travelled to the Queen of American Lakes, Lake George, New York.
With the help of their friends and family, Kelly and Nick separately spent the afternoon getting ready.

Nick received an unexpected wedding day present from Kelly–socks just in case he got cold feet.![]()

There wasn’t an empty seat to be had at the ceremony held at the nearby Diamond Point Community Church.

We took a few minutes to take photos with the wedding party after the ceremony.

The evening’s festivities were held at The Inn at Erlowest, a Queen Anne style stone castle built in 1898 as part of “Millionaires Row”, overlooking Lake George.

The reception was a joyous, elegant affair with toasts by Kelly’s father, sister Maggie, and Best Man Rob.

Later in the evening, Nick and the groomsmen dropped a funk bomb on the room with tight set that got people out of the seats.

When the DJ started spinning, young and old alike tore up the dance floor.

Congratulations again Kelly and Nick!
